You are invited to step off the treadmill of busy life, relax, unwind and journey within .... to your heart.I play intuitively, flowing with where I am guided, playing to the collective, and moving around to drum close to each person. I offer optional hands on Reiki/Pure Energy Healing to close the session.
If you have never heard of a drum sound bath and want to experience it, you are most welcome, knowing you are in a safe, supportive and nurturing space.

What to bring:
Something padded and comfortable. A yoga mat may not be adequate support, especially for anyone with back or body pain. Chairs are available for those who would prefer to be seated

I set a maximum capacity at my monthly Drum/Reiki events, so as to not compromise the personal experience for those attending. Therefore early booking recommended.
Please note from 1 April sound baths are £13.
Deciding to keep my groups small, I have to consider my outgoings and people on waiting lists. A cancellation Policy is now in place. For sound baths any cancellations within 48 hours £6.50 payment is required. Within 24 hours £13 payment.

My 1:1 private sessions are a good option for people who have a preference for a more personal experience, and also for those who may have need support to explore and release deep emotional blocks, where we can explore other pathways of healing together.
