During this 2 hour workshop, you’ll gradually work your way upside down toward inversions such as headstand (sirsasana) and forearm stand (pincha mayurasana), with a few fun surprises along the way. You will learn to approach these inversions safely and with greater understanding and skill. Props will be incorporated in innovative ways to enhance strength, alignment, and confidence.This workshop is open to all yogis, including those exploring inversions for the very first time. You’ll leave with practical techniques, fresh perspectives on prop usage, and a renewed sense of empowerment in your own abilities. This workshop isn’t about perfection, it’s about exploration, awareness, and celebrating your personal progress along the way.
