About this Event
You deserve to live from a place of clarity, alignment, and authentic expression.
Yet many of us carry emotional imprints, limiting beliefs, and unconscious conditioning formed in childhood or through past experiences. Over time, these patterns shape how we see ourselves and the world, often without our awareness.
This 2-hour guided experience introduces Ho‘oku‘u, an ancient Hawaiian Huna practice of conscious release. Rooted in a sacred lineage connected to the last Kahuna of the Big Island and specialized in energy psychology, this process supports the clearing of stored emotions, outdated conditioning, and energetic imprints that no longer serve you.
The afternoon begins with an overview of the ancient frameworks of the mind and the Ho‘oku‘u release process. You’ll gain insight into how emotional blocks and belief patterns form and how they can be gently and intentionally released.
You will then be guided step-by-step through the Ho‘oku‘u practice itself, safely connecting with Higher Self awareness as you clear anger, fear, guilt, sadness, and old patterns held in the body and subconscious.
Throughout the guided work, live sound will create a steady and supportive field, allowing the nervous system to settle and the work to anchor deeply within the body.
This afternoon is designed to offer a grounded and intentional container to release what has been quietly shaping your life and awaken to greater consciousness.
Space is limited. Please bring along everything you need to feel comfortable resting on the floor and a journal. Eye masks and cushioned chairs will be available.
