I’ll be guiding you through this experience with the soothing sounds of my handpan, guitar, singing bowls, gong, and synthesizer. It’s all about creating space for you to connect, relax, and recharge as we move into the colder months.

We'll begin with gentle breath work to harmonize our bodies and minds, preparing us for a journey into the realms of dreamland.

As you meditate, allow the magical binaural beats of the singing bowls to gently wash away stress and anxiety, creating a profound sense of relaxation and inner peace. Envision yourself cocooned in warmth, wrapped in soft blankets and soothing eye masks, surrendering to the cosmic symphony that transcends time and space.

Hi, I wanted to tell you about my experience at journey to Dreamland. I have been twice now. Honestly, it is so magical with the sound healing and guided journey and meditation that Hugo takes us on. Sometimes we are guided to swim and fly and really I was able to let go of stress and fears in a way that was fun and calming.
