Option 1: "The Self-Guided Journey" - $13.13

Build your own retreat experience with the Personal Retreat Journal & Guide. This self-paced option allows you to design a retreat that fits your life and rhythm offering practices like movement mindfulness nutrition reflection and more. It’s the perfect way to cultivate retreat energy on your terms.

Option 2: "The Guided Path" - $22.22

Includes everything from The Self-Guided Journey with the added support of weekly email check-ins throughout December. These check-ins provide accountability and guidance to help you deepen your retreat practice. If you feel you’d benefit from a little extra encouragement and direction this is a great option.

Option 3: "The Full Immersion" - $88.88

This offering includes the Personal Retreat Journal & Guide weekly email check-ins and a 1:1 Reiki session (virtual or in-person). The Reiki session provides energetic alignment to enhance your retreat helping you to feel more centered and connected as you move through your personal transformation.
