We will also be joined by therapists from KeepOlim's Tikva’s Mental Health Program, who will offer support and reflection throughout the day.
Tour Highlights:
Moshav Nativ Ha’asara – The closest civilian community to Gaza; hear how the events of October 7 began.
Nahal Oz Observation Point – Built in memory of 16 young observers who lost their lives.
Kosher Mehadrin Lunch at Kibbutz Alumim – Follow the path taken by the terrorists and hear inspiring and personal stories, including the bravery of Bipin Joshi. (included in price of tour)Kibbutz Be’eri – One of the hardest-hit communities; learn about the courage and resilience of its residents.
Nova Festival Site – A place of remembrance for the young lives lost; take time to walk, reflect, and read families’ tributes.
Route 232 Bomb Shelter – A memorial site where you may light a candle in remembrance.
Shuva Achim Rest Station – A volunteer hub supporting soldiers; meet those serving today and, if you wish, offer words or gifts of encouragement.
Car Cemetery, Moshav Tkuma – View the destroyed vehicles recovered from the attacks.
Sderot Police Station Site – See where one of the fiercest battles took place.
Throughout the day, Simon will share stories of courage, loss, and hope — from friends, colleagues, and loved ones — reminding us of the strength of the human spirit.
MEETING POINT AND THE RETURN DROPOFF IS TEL AVIV SAVIDOR TRAIN STATION (bus will be at corner of Namir & Arlozorof) MEETING AT BUS STARTING AT 7:30AM
BUS DEPARTS AT 8AM - BUS RETURNS AT 6PM
All participants MUST BE ON TIME!
