Chef Lesa is back with her most requested class ... Vietnamese Cuisine. The first dish will be a traditional Banh Mi sandwich - roasted pork, pickled veggies, all on a crusty roll. The main course will be Pho Ga’, a spiced chicken soup over rice noodles and garnished with fresh herbs. All steps will be taught in class. For dessert you will enjoy a traditional Rice Pudding made with coconut cream and topped with fresh mango. $65
