✨Practices you can take home to support you throughout the month
💫We’ll learn how to work with the unique energies of each of the 12 signs of the Zodiac instead of resisting or pushing against them. Each zodiac season carries medicine. Each one activates something different in us.
🌱We will begin March 13, working with Aries energy at the Spring Equinox, the astrological new year 🌷

Ruled by Mars, Aries activates the body and the nervous system. You may feel more energy, restlessness, impatience - or a deep inner push of let’s go.
