Each week we’ll explore a different modality in the sound healing. Experience sound baths with a unique approach that focuses on music theory, science and spiritual lineages. Class descriptions are listed below with new pop-ups every few months :)
First Event Starts Sunday, July 21st: Full Moon Sound Bath (Harmony)
Sound Bath Class Descriptions:
Harmony
The signature sound bath. A mix of the different modalities of sound healing. A great introduction to sound baths.
Balance
Explore the philosophies of chakras (energetic centers) to find balance with sound.
Yin Yoga and Sound Bath (30/30)
Gentle yoga movements followed by a harmonious sound bath.
Relax
Soothing Yoga Nidra to relax the body and mind leads into a peaceful sound bath.
Solfeggio - Lower Frequencies
Discover the frequencies of the lower solfeggio resonances in this unique sound experience.
Express
Experience vocal toning with the healing power of sound. A section with just sound will follow.
Release
Extended breath work, optional light movement and guided meditation that concludes with a sound bath. A section for journaling will be included.
Hemispheric Sync
Indulge in a sonic guide from active to relaxed brain wave states. It’s recommend to have taken a sound bath before experiencing this class.
Ground
Meditation and breath work transition to a sound bath with a larger focus on elemental and percussion based sounds.
Pop-Up: Vibrational Sound Bath: Sunday, August 4th
Explore the healing vibrations of weighted tuning forks while experiencing a harmonic sound bath.

Event - 7pm PDT
It's recommended to bring water, a yoga mat and an eye pillow to fully relax into the experience. Please arrive at least fifteen minutes before the event time. The event will start on time, no late entry.

Join a certified sound practitioner and yoga instructor that incorporates science based techniques, music theory and spiritual lineages to cultivate a unique sound experience. Her mission to understand the delicate balance of the mind, body, and spirit. She incorporates a wide variety of instruments and specializes in various modalities with crystal bowls and tuning forks.
