This intimate workshop is designed to guide you on a transformative journey, offering space for healing and deep emotional release. We are honored to hold this journey within the Energy Enhancement System (EESystem), allowing a field of scalar waves and bio-photonic light to support your energetic clearing at a cellular level.

You may experience:

* Gentle Yoga & Yin Yoga – Moving your body with Hatha-inspired sequences and finding stillness with Yin.

* Pranayama Breathwork – Aligning your breath with your body's natural rhythm.

* The EESystem Healing Room – Bathing in restorative frequencies designed to boost vitality, reduce stress, and accelerate cellular healing.

* Guided Visualization & Inner Work – Deep exercises to uncover and release what's holding you back.

* Reflection & Tea Circle – A nurturing space to share, sip tea, and support each other as Terri tunes into the circle's energy with her healing "tool belt."
