A Day of Mindfulness in the Monastery Within
Step away from the noise of the outside world and enter the sanctuary of your own being. Join us for a curated day of deep restoration, vibrational healing, and conscious connection. This retreat is designed to guide you inward, using movement, sound, and stillness to explore the monastery within.
The Path of the Day
- 10:15 am Arrival/ Registration
- 10:30 am | Pre-Zen Stretch: Awaken the body with gentle, intentional movement to prepare for stillness.
- 11:00 am | Guided Meditation & Sound Current: A deep immersion into the internal landscape. Focus on the pineal gland and develop the subtle art of listening for the "sound beyond the sound."
- 12:00 pm | Zen Lunch: Experience the Japanese practice of conscious eating—a meditative approach to health and nourishment.
- 1:15 pm | Peace Be Still Process: A dedicated period of profound quiet and internal centering.
- 2:15 pm | Somatic Movement: "Embodied Love"—connect with the wisdom of the body through fluid, intuitive motion.
- 2:45 pm | Tucking In Process: A transitional ritual to settle the energy and prepare for the final journey.
- 3:00 pm | Journey Through The Realms: An expansive guided exploration of consciousness.
- 3:30 pm | Tea Ceremony & Sharing: Reflect and integrate the day’s experiences over a mindful cup of tea in community.
- 4:30 pm | Departure: Return to the world feeling centered, clear, and renewed.

Lunch not included in Price. We suggest pre-ordering the night before from Savage Goods for a 11:45 pick up and our team will pick it up for you.

Holding a Master’s in Spiritual Psychology and a Doctorate in Spiritual Science, he specializes in helping individuals align their inner purpose with outer results. Richard is the author of Essence Into Form and The Master’s Path to Creation, where he explores the "Triangle of Manifestation"—the mechanics of turning ideas into physical reality.
