Journey into The Chakras at Serendipity's Backyard!
Join us for a meditation focused on the body's energy centers, known as chakras, to promote balance, healing, and spiritual alignment. First, a discussion about chakras along with vocal exercises, then a guided mediation in combination with the sounds of 7 crystal singing bowls. The session is designed to help clear blockages and enhance the flow of vital energy throughout the body, fostering physical, emotional, and overall well-being.
