✨ Join us for a beautiful crystal bowl sound bath with different healing instruments that’ll support you to relax, recharge and reconnect with yourself.
Sound healing, an ancient practice used for thousands of years, harnesses the power of frequencies to bring healing. These sound frequencies are scientifically proven to restore your mental, emotional, physical, and energetic bodies to their natural state of balance—homeostasis.

Details:
When: Sunday 5th Oct at 6.30pm-7.45pm. Due to nature of event please make sure to arrive on time. Doors will be locked by 6.40pm.
Where: Paint Your World, 15/1140 Nepean Hwy, Mornington 3931. Turn into the service road with Moor Storage on corner. Drive straight down towards the back to studio 15 'Paint Your World'.
What to bring: Your welcome to bring a blanket, eye cover and pillow. Yoga mats supplied.
What to wear: Comfortable and relaxed clothing
Who can join: Anyone 16+

About the facilitator:
Michelle is a certified SoulNar Sound & Energy Practitioner and Sound Bath Facilitator. She is also a trained reiki therapist.
She has been working alongside Goddess Reclamation Events providing sound baths for the Women's Circle Events in Seaford over the last year, and now also bringing her sound bath sessions to Mornington.
