We do not align our journeying with any one religion or belief, instead we honour them all with the respect they deserve and call upon our own divine connection to the universe to help connect us to our spirit animal or animals.
We will call upon the power of Mama Cacao to help open our hearts to the process, then we will ground ourselves with some breathwork practices before being led on a meditative journey, helped by the power of transcendental shamanic drumming.
A spirit animal brings guidance, protection and power. They are said to make their presence known at a difficult time in your life – when you have a life-changing decision to make or find yourself with few options. A spirit animal will guide you when you have something to learn.
