Join us for a relaxed session of self-reflection and creativity.
About this Event

This session is facilitated by trained and experienced counsellors in a group-based setting. Learn how to explore your feelings in a safe way by writing and reflecting about your struggles and successes and letting go of negative thoughts and feelings. You will also have the opportunity to connect with other people who understand the joys and challenges of being a carer.

All journalling materials and morning tea will be provided. Carers may also be required to complete a wellbeing assessment to determine suitability and provide best supports to carers prior to commencement of the group.

Please note: To be eligible to attend this event, participants must be Australian residents living in South-Western Sydney or Nepean Blue Mountains regions in New South Wales, Australia. Participants must also be registered with Carer Gateway. We can assist with new registrations for eligible participants.
