Journaling can be a beautiful method to process complex emotions, thoughts and experiences. Numerous studies have shown the effects of a regular journaling practice on depression, anxiety, boosting the immune system, and even on mental focus and clarity. It’s a simple practice with powerful results.


Whether you are a journal lover, occasional journaler, or a journaling skeptic, join us for an exploration on the art of journaling. We will discuss the benefits of journaling and the many forms journaling can take, perhaps even uncovering a new way to explore your journaling outlet.

To prepare, Kimberly will guide you thru a gentle yoga and breath practice, accessible to everyone. This can help us enter our journaling from a clearer, more grounded place.

We will then explore several methods of journaling, including stream of consciousness as well as prompts.

Getting things onto paper and out of our heads can be an empowering tool for clarity, self discovery, and overall mental health and wellbeing.
