Facilitator Bio
Melody Jones is a journaling workshop facilitator who has sweated, snapped, and journaled her way through perimenopause and menopause, and lived to tell the tale. (Mostly intact. Mostly.)
After surviving the full hormonal remix, she now helps other women do the same - with zero judgment and the “help” of that one emotional support chin hair that never stops growing 🙄. Melody guides women through journaling practices that reduce stress, quiet the chaos, and help you reconnect with who you're becoming.
