HTBW SELF EMPOWERMENT SERIES 4.0
Join us for the FINAL event of the series being held at Feld & Co. Starting off mental health week we'll dive into the world of journaling and self-love. This event is all about connecting with yourself, exploring your thoughts, and embracing who you are. Whether you're a seasoned journaler or new to the practice, this event is for everyone looking to nurture their relationship with themselves. Come as you are or with a friend, and let's spread some love and positivity together!
Activities include:
✨ Prompted Journaling
✨ Affirmation card creation
✨ Yoga - facilitated by Hannah from inner glow guides
✨ Sound healing
To bring:
🤍 A yoga mat or towel
🤍 Journal (add on option at checkout)
🤍 Positive welcoming mindset
Coffee/tea and light nibbles will be provided!
