Joss Stone has earned international acclaim for her versatile musicality ever since she became a global star in the early 2000s. She has performed and collaborated with legendary artists such as James Brown, Stevie Wonder, Mick Jagger, Rod Stewart, Robbie Williams, Jeff Beck, Carlos Santana, Dave Stewart (Eurythmics), Lauryn Hill, Gladys Knight, Sting, Van Morrison, as well as Raphael Saadiq, John Legend, Nas, and Damian Marley – making her one of the most versatile artists of her generation.
Her 2003 debut, a collection of classic soul covers, sold over five million copies worldwide. Her second album, Mind, Body & Soul (2004), featured original material and solidified her star status. Over the years, Joss has pursued a diverse musical path, releasing adventurous albums spanning R&B, pop, reggae, hip-hop, and world music. She revisited her roots with The Soul Sessions Vol. 2 (2012), and with Never Forget My Love (2022), produced by longtime collaborator Dave Stewart, she returned to lush, classic soul.
Joss Stone has toured extensively worldwide; her Total World Tour (2014–2019) visited nearly every country on the planet, including exotic locations such as North Korea, Yemen, Syria, Cuba, and Antarctica. As a result, she became the first artist ever to receive a World Tour certificate.
