Come hang out, grab a coffee, and enjoy a night of heartfelt folk and country tunes at 909 10th Street SE, Calgary, AB.Reid & Kelsey are two members of the popular Lethbridge-based folk group Reid&Writes. Reid Seibert, a rocker in the 70’s, opened for the likes of Valdy, Tina Turner, Chilliwack, April Wine, and The Guess Who (to name just a few), is now a singer/songwriter (acoustic guitar), known for his poetic lyrics, story telling, and soul searching songs. Kelsey Jespersen (fiddle), a classically-trained violinist who plays with the Lethbridge symphony, will make you cry one minute and dance with joy the next. Their original music offers a wide variety of flavours and styles: country, Cajun, Celtic, Latin, folk, light rock, blue grass, and some lively fiddle tunes. They just finished recording their second album which will be released this summer.
