Josephine's Springtime French Aperitif Cocktail Class

Learn all about drinking in the French style, with aperitif cocktails - the perfect drinks for spring weather and entertaining friends!

Ticket holders will be guided through a tasting of six cocktails, including Julia Child's favorite martini, fresh fruit-infused French aperitifs (like raspberry-infused Pineau de Charantes topped with French bubbles), and a Spring variation on the St. Germain favorite, the Hugo Spritz.

This guided tasting will be led by NRG Spirits Director Nick Farrell and will feature an accompaniment of delicious French cheeses.

All guests will leave with recipe cards on how to make delicious drinks for sunny days in your backyard.
