Jordan Temple & Opps | Standup comedy @ baby battista
Writer, comedian and playwright Jordan Temple brings you a night of stand up and comedy experiments.
Featuring: Sheng Wang, Beth Stelling, Rob Haze & more
As a quadruple Emmy-nominated writer and producer, Jordan has written on your favorite shows like Abbot Elementary, Atlanta, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel and more. His documentary ‘Father of None’ was co-produced by Tim Robinson and directed by Mekki Leeper.
Jordan’s stand up has been featured on Conan, as well as Comedy Central and Bill Burr Presents: The Ringers.
As a playwright, and theatre actor, Jordan has had write ups and a feature in BuzzFeed for his laugh demanding satirical play, Hidden Fences (17’&18’) that he also starred in, produced by Jermaine Fowler and the late Kevin Barnett.
He followed that up with a mashup clown one act play, ‘The Color Urkel’. In 2024, Jordan served as the narrator for two nights at The Soraya for Randy Newman's ‘Faust: The Musical’ with Randy Newman in attendance. In 2025, Jordan submitted a one act play, “Children's Television” to Public Assembly, LA's Community Theatre darling, and received an encore the same year for best plays of the past year and a half at the program.
In 2026, on the theatre front, Jordan will serve as the understudy as KENNETH in Eboni Booth's Pulitzer Prize winning play, ‘Primary Trust’, directed by Knud Adams at The Mark Taper Theatre.
