Nearly a decade ago, I traveled to Rishikesh, India—the birthplace of yoga. While there, I immersed myself in the Ashtanga tradition, practicing daily along the banks of the Ganges. Ashtanga is a dynamic and breath-focused practice, where each posture flows into the next, building strength, flexibility, and inner calm. It challenges the body, clears the mind, and leaves you grounded in the present moment.
Now, I’m excited to share this practice with the Sioux Falls community! Starting in **November**, join me every Monday evening for a 90-minute session. Whether you’re looking to build consistency in your practice, develop mental clarity, or simply unwind during this busy season, this class offers the space to reset and reconnect.
All levels are welcome—come as you are, move with intention, and breathe deeply. See you on the mat!
