【エヴリン ヴァコネロス】
エヴリンはクアドリーニャ、ココ・デ・ホーダ、マラカトゥなどのブラジルのフォークスタイルでダンスのトレーニングを始め、その後、アーバンダンスに幅を広げた。
2013年にブラジル・ズークを始め、翌年にはプロとして教え始める。
⚫︎プロフェッショナルキャリア
2017年、彼女はDadinhoとパートナーを組み、ブラジルをツアーし、Urban Zoukを披露。同年、サンパウロ最大のダンススクール「ソルム」の教員に加わり、2017年から2024年まで教える
2018年にはLambazoukのパートナーシップを立ち上げ、ブラジル全土でクラスやワークショップを教える。
2019年に国際的なソロキャリアを始め、アルゼンチンやアメリカで教える。
⚫︎タイトルと業績
2019年 ブラジル・ラテン・オープンやコマデレハなどの主要なコンペティションで1位を獲得。
これらの結果により、彼女はブラジル・ズークコミュニティ内でのリーディングコンペティターおよびプロフェッショナルとしての地位を確立した。

EVELLYN Vaconelos
Background
Evellyn began her dance training in Brazilian folk styles including quadrilha, coco de roda, and maracatu before expanding into urban dance. She started Brazilian Zouk in 2013 and started teaching professionally following year.
Professional Career
In 2017, she partnered with Dadinho, touring Brazil and performing Urban Zouk. That same year, she joined the faculty of Solum, São Paulo’s largest dance school, where she taught from 2017 to 2024. In 2018, she launched a Lambazouk partnership, teaching classes and workshops throughout Brazil. She began her international solo career in 2019, teaching in Argentina and the United States.
Titles and Achievements
In 2019, Evellyn won first place at major competitions including the Brazil Latin Open and Comadreja. These results established her as a leading competitor and professional within the Brazilian Zouk community.
Teaching and Dance Style
Evellyn is known for her clear and structured teaching approach, helping students understand fundamental concepts while improving technique, connection, and comfort. She is experienced as both a leader and follower and works across multiple styles, including Urban, Neo, Traditional Zouk, Lambada, High Performance, and Contemporary Zouk.
Current Work
Evellyn has a focus on private lessons and is a sniper when it comes to fixing technique. Teaching in BKK ans Bali after this and then back to Brazil. Find her at the @riozoukimmersion for a deep dive into Brazils culture and dances.
JONATHAN TROUPE
ブラジリアン・ズークインストラクターおよびリオ・ズーク・イマージョンの創設者
Jonathan は2005年にダンスを始め、2010年からブラジリアン・ズークを専門にしています。彼はトレーニングを深めるために定期的にブラジルに旅行を始めました。2011年以降、彼はハワイで教え続け、地元のズークコミュニティの成長を助け、初心者からプロフェッショナルレベルのダンサーを指導。
2016年には、リオ・デ・ジャネイロで高レベルの指導とブラジルのズーク文化をつなぐために設計された長期トレーニングプログラム「Rio Zouk Immersion」を設立。
ハワイとブラジルでの活動に加え、アジア、中南米、太平洋地域で教えたりパフォーマンスを行っている
彼の指導は、明確なテクニック、パートナーとのつながり、社交ダンスのための実践的なスキルに焦点を当てている
JONATHAN TROUPE — Brazilian Zouk Instructor & Founder of Rio Zouk Immersion
Jonathan Troupe began dancing in 2005 and has specialized in Brazilian Zouk since 2010, when he started traveling regularly to Brazil to deepen his training. Since 2011, he has been teaching in Hawai‘i, where he has spent over 13 years helping grow the local Zouk community and mentoring dancers from beginner to professional levels.
In 2016, he founded the Rio Zouk Immersion, a long-format training program in Rio de Janeiro created to connect dancers with high-level instruction and Brazil’s Zouk culture. In addition to his work in Hawai‘i and Brazil, Jonathan has taught and performed throughout Asia, Central and South America, and the Pacific.
His teaching focuses on clear technique, partner connection, and practical skills for social dancing.
