CANCELLATION POLICY:
📍 Once you reserved your slot, it is considered SOLD
📍 Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE but TRANSFERABLE to new participants valid only for this trip if transfer is requested within 7-days before the travel date.
📍 Cancellation of your slot should be advised on or before DECEMBER 6 (FRIDAY).
📍 Refunds will be granted if replacement is found for their reserved slot.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
■ Payment balances will be collected on the day of the scheduled trip.
■ To secure your slots, at least 3000/pax must be settled on or before December 6 (FRIDAY).
■ REPLACEMENTS are allowed.
