Upon arrival, you'll receive headsets and be guided by our fun and professional facilitators,
who will support you to connect, move, and play!
We combine elements of movement, play, mindfulness, and fun connection—all through headphones.
All bodies, ages, genders, and fitness levels are welcome.

DRESS CODE: Dress up is always encouraged - pull out the colour the festive - the holiday fun! YES TO ALL - your favorite Holiday dress-UP
