Join an all-Ivy alumni curated night at the San Francisco Opera! Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with fellow alumni and friends at the pre-performance social in the North Dress Circle.
Come to socialize and to learn more during the pre-opera talk about the American premiere of "Innocence," acclaimed by the New York Times as a "masterpiece." Innocence takes us into the complex emotional journey of a group of people recovering from inconceivable trauma.
In a gripping drama, the work of Kaija Saariaho, Sofi Oksanen and Aleksi Barrière unfolds a harrowing story of emotional shock and surprise in which our understanding of innocence and guilt is continually upended.
**PLEASE NOTE: In order to attend the pre-performance social, attendees must purchase a ticket to the evening's performance. A special discount code is available for Ivy alumni.

SCHEDULE:
Doors open at 6:30 pm. Anyone arriving for the Pre-Performance Reception need to enter through the North Carriage Doors, which are on the courtyard side of the Opera House.
6:30-7:15 pm: Pre-performance reception (located in the North Dress Circle).
7:05-7:15 pm: Featured speaker discusses featured opera performance.
7:15-7:30 pm: Attendees are seated before performance begins.
7:30 pm: Performance begins (there is no late seating).

The War Memorial Opera House is a short walk from the Civic Center BART and MUNI stations as well as the Van Ness MUNI station. Multiple parking options are available within walking distance to the War Memorial Opera House.
- Performing Arts Garage: Enter at 360 Grove, between Franklin and Gough.
- Civic Center Plaza Garage: Entrance on McAllister between Polk and Larkin.
- Opera Plaza Garage: Entrance on Golden Gate between Van Ness and Franklin.
- UC Law SF Garage: Enter on Larkin, between McAllister and Golden Gate.
