Paddock Singers are delighted to attach details of our joint concert with Jodelchor Mellingen on Friday 19 September at St Anne Church, Lewes. Doors open at 7.00pm for the concert at 7.30pm. The Mellingen Yodelling Choir was founded in 1947 and is a member of the Swiss Yodelling Association. They are based in Mellingen near Zurich.
Paddock Singers are delighted to have the opportunity to sing some yodels with the choir during their stay in Lewes and are teaching them some British folk songs.
The concert should provide an interesting contrast of Swiss and British traditional music.
