About this Event
Join Grieve Leave for a Sad Hour at The Coffee Bar at The Durham on Thursday, April 30, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
This isn't a support group or a heavy lecture—it’s a Sad Hour. It’s an opportunity to meet others in the community, share space, and enjoy a curated menu of non-alcoholic beverages in a beautiful setting.
Your $15 ticket includes one specialty coffee or craft mocktail and access to a curated cheeseboard with light snacks. Physical drink tickets will be provided upon arrival. Additional food and beverages are available for purchase.
Whether we’re sharing stories or playing a lighthearted round of "Grief Bingo," this is a night for community and honest conversation. Space is limited to 20 guests, so reserve your spot today!
What are Sad Hours? Sad Hours (because not every hour is happy) are our way of flipping the script on how we deal with loss. They’re real-life gatherings where you can ditch the “I’m fine” act and actually talk about what’s going on—the heavy stuff, the messy stuff, the human stuff—with people who get it.
The vibe is simple: real people talking about real things…or just listening. There’s no pressure to share if you don’t want to. Sad Hours are about real connection, providing tools and community to help you survive the "bullshit" of grief.
