Join us for a Full Moon Women’s Circle on Monday, June 28th from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM in a private home in Sherman Oaks.
Our theme discussion will center around emotional balancing through nurturing our femininity. During the open discussion portion, you will be invited to participate by sharing your experiences through questions, storytelling, personal reflections, or wisdom. Participation is completely voluntary.
Educator and coach Rachel Radar will be speaking on the energetic perspective of the Full Moon in Cancer and its significance. We will then transition into movement and breathwork through guided static stretching, followed by a restorative sound bath for integration and grounding.
Light food and refreshments will be provided at the beginning of the workshop.
