Looking for something a little more dynamic in your movement—without the impact?

This 4-week Pilates Jumpboard Series is designed to elevate your heart rate while building strength, coordination, and control on the reformer.

Often considered the cardio component of Pilates, the jumpboard combines core strength, stability, length, and mobility with low-impact cardiovascular conditioning. The result is a more athletic, energizing experience—while still staying grounded in alignment and connection to your body.

Each session is intentionally structured to balance effort and recovery, helping you build capacity without unnecessary tension.



What You’ll Experience

Each session is designed to help you:

• Build strength through low-impact, dynamic movement
• Improve coordination and movement efficiency
• Develop power without gripping or bracing
• Stay connected to your body as the pace increases

Each class will close with stretching and myofascial release, giving your body space to unwind, recover, and integrate the work.

This is not about pushing harder—it’s about moving smarter.



Session Flow

Each 75-minute session includes:

• Spikey ball release (myofascial work), with emphasis on feet and legs
• Jumpboard-based reformer work (dynamic, cardio-focused movement)
• A guided wind-down with stretching and additional release work


How It Works

Each class builds on the last, helping you develop strength, coordination, and confidence over the 4-week series.

You can register for the full series or join individual sessions, space permitting.

💲 $165 full series
💲 $45 single class


Additional Notes

• Maximum of 4 participants to keep the experience personalized
• Spikey balls (myofascial release tools) available for purchase for $10
• Recommended for those with some prior reformer experience
