Study Design: 1 study visit

Height, weight, waist/hip circumference

Vital signs (pulse and blood pressure)

Biospecimen collection: (No Fasting Blood work + Urine Collection)

Study Qualifications:

Be 18 years of age or older

Study Duration:

Participation in the study will last approximately 30 minutes, when fully registered ahead of time. Registration includes: creating an account, completing consents (3), and (8) surveys. Registration is required to be able to print out participants Blood Labels with their participant identification number.

Compensation:

-$25 dollar Gift Card after completion during visit, each subject will receive ancestry + health genetic results on their account once available.

-Opportunity to join the WEAR study to get a free fitbit; and opportunity to join the NPH Study (Nutrition) with compensation up to $300 dollars for Module 1.
