We are excited to invite you to participate in our series Belly Dance: Body, Mind, and Spirit - Beginners 1.0, designed to help you learn and explore the profound connection between movement, the mind, and the spirit. In these three consecutive two-hour workshops, you’ll find a space to heal and enjoy the transformative art of belly dance.
Workshop Details:
- Dates: Saturdays, January 25, February 1, and February 8, 2025
- Time: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Location: 5306 Six Forks Road, Suite 213, Raleigh, NC 27609
- Cost: $110 for the complete series
- Format: In-person
- Languages: English and Spanish
- Ages: 18+ – Everyone is welcome!
