🎷 John Coltrane Jazz Workshop – Register Now!Since 2002, the High Point Arts Council has honored the legacy of legendary jazz saxophonist John Coltrane through the John Coltrane Jazz Workshop (JCJW), inspiring and developing talented young musicians in our community.
This year, we’re excited to partner with musician and educator Titus Gant and the Gant School Of Music & Jazz bringing fresh energy and expertise to this dynamic program.
A week long immerse jazz education experience for rising 7th-12th grade musicians. Rooted in the legacy of John Coltrane and designed to elevate student musicianship, this program combines expert instruction, performance opportunities, & community engagement.

Middle or high school students with a year of band experience or private lessons
Interest in jazz performance, improvisation, and ensemble playing
