Come to our Earth Day meeting to hear John Brooks, Thousand Oaks Sustainability Division of Public Works and Club member. He will talk about what the city and his Go Green department is doing working with the climate action plan, the landscape electrification rebates, resilience, and the proposed zone zero requirements. He will also tell us about the nonfunctional turf enforcement in commercial and HOA properties.
John Noble will talk about the origins of the Conejo Open Space and the concept of the Ring of Green with its many hiking trails.
