John Borra is a veteran Canadian singer-songwriter and a fixture of the Toronto music scene for over 40 years. Originally emerging from the city's 1980s post-punk movement, he has evolved into a respected "troubadour" known for blending the rebellious energy of punk with the storytelling of folk and Americana.
Lorraine Leckie is a Singer-songwriter and poet who was born on a horse in Northern Ontario
and raised on Neil Young’s music. In the ’70s, she embraced punk, married Steve Leckie of the
Viletones and became a makeup artist. Leckie worked in the fashion industry and with
celebrities such as Paul McCartney and Heidi Klum. After a decade in Europe, she settled in New
York. At 37, she picked up a guitar and began performing at venues like Bowery Ballroom and
Mercury Lounge. She’s often joined by her band: Hugh Pool, Pavel Cingl, Keith Robinson,
Charles DeChants and Zoe Friedman. Lorraine currently lives in Greenpoint Brooklyn with her
husband, Billy Leroy and a diabolical Irish terrier called Broghan.
