For those attending RRC Sell-a-bration in Dallas...Mark Gordon and I are back and hosting one of our traditional networking and social dinners on Saturday, March 21st at 7:00pm right after the SAB closing reception. The event is taking place at Y.O. Ranch Steakhouse--one of the best steakhouses in the city and within walking distance to the hotel.
They say 'everything is bigger in Texas' and this event is going to be one of our biggest and best yet. We're going to build stronger connections than a Cowboys last-minute NFL playoff loss!
There is a large video screen in our private room and we will be asking attendees for fun photos and info for a slide show!

Dinner includes:
- Deep Ellum Pimento Cheese Fritters (Local ancho chili caciotta sharp cheddar, and Chihuahua cheeses blended with roasted red peppers - Panko breaded and fried golden brown - House Tabasco jam)
- Soul Belly (Sweet & Smokey BBQ rubbed pork belly roasted crispy and served with hellacious collard greens)
FIRST COURSE (Select one)
- Y.O. House Salad (Spring mix tossed with our house garlic cilantro vinaigrette, caramelized pecans, green apples, and grape tomatoes)
- Caesar Salad (Our version of the classic with focaccia croutons)
- Smoked Corn Bisque (Velvety cream corn soup made with fresh sweet smoked corn and topped with bacon, cotija cheese, and cilantro oil)
MAIN DISHES (Select one)
- Filet Mignon 8 oz. (Served with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables)
- Prime Aged Ribeye 14 oz. (Served with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables)
- Chicken Piccata (Herb brined chicken breast pan roasted with lemon caper butter - Served over orzo)
- Red Chili Rubbed Grilled Salmon (Topped with a cilantro, garlic, and sun-dried tomato butter - Served with wild rice and sauteed green beans)
- Conchigli ala Pesto (Shell-shaped pasta tossed in a Texas Pecan Pesto, sun-dried tomatoes, asparagus tips, and portobello mushrooms)
FOR THE TABLE
- Mixed Grilled Vegetables
- Roasted Brussell Sprouts
- Gouda Mac n Cheese
DESSERTS (Select one)
- Flourless Chocolate Cake (Spiked with Chambord and served with raspberry coulis)
- Jack Daniel's Pecan Pie (Southern pecan pie served with a Jack Daniel's crème anglaise)
- Prickly Pear Sorbet with fresh berries
There will also be some pre-paid bottles of red and white wine as well as a cash bar so you can order anything you like at your expense. The restaurant will also be able to accommodate anyone who is a vegetarian or gluten free that would like to attend.
