This year our annual concert will be raising Epilepsy awareness and funds to help Jaxin Norman get a much needed service dog.Jaxin had his first grand mal seizure when he was 8 and he will be 12 at the end of May. Medication does not keep his seizures under control and in addition to frequent Grand Mal seizures monthly, he also experiences multiple absence seizures daily.
Business Sponsorship - $800 (includes table for 8, dinner, advertising on website and social media, branded table sign)
Personal Sponsorship - $300 (includes 2 VIP tickets, dinner, listing on website and social media)
VIP ticket - $85 (includes VIP seating and dinner)
General Admission - $35
