Join us for the inaugural leadership middle school dedicated program designed specifically for 6th graders! Dive into a world of fun, skill-building, and academic enrichment in Math, History, and English. Learn to lead, collaborate, and make a difference. Free to attend, spaces are limited!
At the Joe Patton Academy Leadership Launchpad (part of Camp JPAC and a middle school dedicated program of Leadership Legion), 6th-grade students participate in specialized academic sessions held during after-care hours on Thursdays. The curriculum focuses on hands-on project-based learning in Math, History, and English, designed to bridge the gap between middle school standards and real-world leadership applications. For example, a typical Thursday math session might involve calculating campaign logistics for the JPAC's Second-In-Command election, while history and English projects encourage students to analyze and write about diverse global leaders to sharpen their public speaking and critical thinking skills. These academic sessions take place from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the St. Agnes Catholic School campus in Los Angeles.
