About our presenter:
Son of a maximum-security Pr*son guard, Joe Austin Mcintosh is an American independent recording artist hailing from the vibrant city of St. Petersburg, Florida. His musical journey began in the heart of campus life, strumming original compositions on an acoustic guitar in the intimate setting of a campus Coffee House. It was there that his melodies first found their audience, resonating with fellow music lovers. A cherished guitar, purchased at the legendary Many’s Music in the bustling streets of New York City, quickly became Joe Austin's steadfast companion. With strings and heart in perfect harmony, he ventured into the city's iconic venues like The Bitter End and Asbury Park's renowned Stone Pony, leaving echoes of his passion in their hallowed halls. After five years immersed in the city's musical heartbeat, Joe Austin sought new horizons in the sun-soaked landscapes of Florida. There, he graced local stages with his music, becoming the go-to guitarist for the Tampa Bay contractor of Broadway Road Companies. Today, armed with a wealth of knowledge in the art of recording and digital music production, Joe Austin Mcintosh stands ready to offer a tapestry of sonic experiences. His recent single releases - "Song For John (Dec. 8, 1980)", "Me And My Girl", "Dance With Me", and the eagerly awaited "Livin’ Free", are testament to his enduring creativity.
