Join us every Saturday morning (weather permitting) for a free timed 5K at Joe Creason Park. All ages, shapes, speeds and abilities are welcome. Walk/run/jog/volunteer/spectate. It's up to you. parkrun is 5K your way.If you've never joined us registration is simple and best of all free.
