*Derby Day parkrun!* Bring a dish to share and lets horse around after parkrun. As always, all are welcome!Join us every Saturday morning (weather permitting) for a free timed 5K at Joe Creason Park. All ages, shapes, speeds and abilities are welcome. Walk/run/jog/volunteer/spectate. It's up to you. parkrun is 5K your way.
If you've never joined us registration is simple and best of all free. Visit https://www.parkrun.us/register/ and bring a copy of your barcode (paper or digital). Register once and track your progress every week.
