Job Readiness Fair (drop-in event)

The Job Readiness Fair is an educational, hands-on, and community engaging event designed to support newcomers to Canada in their employment journey. Participants will learn how to strengthen their resumes, gain practical interview tips, and connect with local service providers offering valuable programs and supports.

Event highlights include 15-minute one-on-one resume review sessions (please bring a printed copy of your resume), 20-minute group sessions to ask questions and build community connections, and opportunities to meet organizations that provide interview preparation and employment support.

This free event is hosted by Vecova in collaboration with Calgary Public Library.

Please note: this is not a job fair—employers will not be hiring at this event!
