She works as Associate Vice President in global employment and HR services, with hands-on experience in hiring processes, salary structures, employment contracts, and negotiations in Austria. Estefanía is a WKÖ-certified employment expert, specialized in staff-leasing, giving her deep insight into how roles are evaluated, compensated, and negotiated within Austrian companies.
She is also the Founder and President of NIWA – Network of International Women in Austria, where she delivers practical, career-focused trainings for international professionals navigating the Austrian job market.
