‘Not just another AI seminar’.... JMG's Compliance Club invites Karen Eckstein of KE Ltd to update our clients and contacts on how law firms should be addressing AI in today's world.
Karen is a popular, engaging and well-regarded speaker, She speaks on a variety of topics including professional risk management, building resilience, business growth and topical risk issues (always providing solutions to any problems identified). She spent many years defending claims against professionals before using her experience to enable her to assist those professionals in preventing claims arising in the first place- and works with professional bodies, accountants, lawyers and businesses to reduce risk, increase profits and minimise client disputes. She horizon scans to help her clients prepare for issues that they may have to face in the future and so that they can put practical steps in place to manage those issues.
Karen is going to talk about real risks firms face relating to AI in practice. Karen will point out what to be aware of be aware of and give handy tips on how to manage or prevent those risks. The discussion will cover 4 risk areas:
- Commercial risks
- Contractual risks
- Operational risks
- Process risks
Karen’s session will be supported by technical insight from a leading Cyber defence company too (TBC).
The event will follow our usual format – arrival 30 mins before the session is due to start with breakfast refreshments provided. This session is aimed at senior law firm leaders – Managing Partners / Directors, FD’s, Risk Directors and Practice Directors.
