Join us for a very special Cheerleading Gala Event as we celebrate our 10 year anniversary – celebrating 10 years of hard work, dedication, and unforgettable moments 💫
To celebrate our 10th season, we’re taking our end-of-season gala to the next level.
This year’s event will be a more refined and professional experience, with a sit-down three-course meal, interactive table games, and a bigger, more memorable awards ceremony ( including special Season 10 awards).
Set in a stunning venue with incredible views, the evening will feature a dedicated fine dining space for parents and a more relaxed, social atmosphere. While there will still be music and some dancing, the focus will be on great food, fun at your table, speeches, and celebrating together in a more elegant setting.

🏆 Every athlete will be recognised for their efforts, alongside special team awards and our highly anticipated Star of the Season award ⭐
⏰ Event Schedule:
Doors open: 6:30pm
Food served: from 7:00pm
Awards ceremony followed by a party until midnight 🎉
👗 Dress Code: Silver / Grey / White – think cocktail party & long dresses for a glamorous evening (no trainers) ✨

📌 Booking deadline: 14th June (strict due to venue catering requirements)
🪑 Seating Information:
A seating plan will be in place for the evening. When booking, please use the section provided to list any athletes/parents you would like to be seated with, and we will do our best to accommodate requests.
🍽️ Food Information:
🍽️ Adults will enjoy a delicious 3-course sit-down meal
🍽️ Athletes aged 15 & under will be served a 2-course meal
After checkout, you’ll be able to select your meal choices from the following options:
15 & Under
Main:
• Cheeseburger & fries
• Sausage & mash with gravy & peas
• 6” Margherita pizza & salad (Vegetarian)
Dessert:
• Biscoff waffle
• Chocolate sundae
16 & Over (16 and overs cannot choose to have the under 15 meal)
Starter:
• Sweet potato & miso soup with crispy kale & crusty bread (Vegetarian)
• Duck liver parfait with sour cherry compote & brioche toast
• Prawn & crayfish buns
Main:
• Confit chicken supreme on a creamy bacon & charred sweetcorn risotto
• Beef bourguignon with mustard mash & dipping bread
• Butternut squash katsu curry with carrot salad & rice (Vegetarian)
Dessert:
• Chocolate & black cherry tart
• Biscoff cheesecake
Ticket Pricing
Early Bird (ends May 17th 23:59pm):
- Children (under 15): £35 per person
- Adults: £40 per person
Standard (On-Time) (ends May 31st 23:59pm):
- Children (under 15): £37.50 per person
- Adults: £42.50 per person
Late Release (subject to availability) ( ends June 14th 23:59pm):
- Children (under 15): £40 per person
- Adults: £45 per person
Please note: Eventbrite booking fees are not included in the above prices. Tickets will no be available after the late release deadline, due to sorting seating plans.

*As this year’s gala is a fully seated event with limited spaces, we won’t be able to offer our usual “after-food” entry option. To enjoy the evening, guests will need to book and attend the full event, including the meal *
