Welcome back to the JJL Craft and Vendor Fair! Join us for a fun-filled day of shopping, browsing, and supporting local artisans and small businesses.
Shop a wide variety of handmade crafts, jewelry, home dรฉcor, clothing, and specialty items from talented local vendors. Whether youโre searching for a Motherโs Day gift or treating yourself, thereโs something for everyone.

This is a fundraising event for the John J. Lukancic Band.
Funds raised help support the bandโs annual student trips.

๐ถ The band will perform two concerts during the event (times TBD)

๐๏ธ Vendor Information
Vendors must be specific about the products they sell when applying.
- We limit the number of vendors per category (ex: jewelry, lotions, etc.)
- If you have questions or are unsure whether your product category is still available, please email prior to purchasing a space.
Vendor Space Sizes & Fees (Tables NOT included)
Hallway Spaces
- 10x6 โ $35
Gym Spaces
- 10x6 โ $40
- 10x8 โ $50
- 10x10 โ $60
Add-Ons
- Electrical (10x10 only) โ $10*
- Corner space (all sizes) โ $10
- Table rental โ $15 **
* Electrical is only available with a 10x10 space
** Tables are 8 feet long and will be set up prior to vendor check-in
If a table is not rented, vendors must bring their own. A limited number of tables are available.
- One chair is provided per space
- If a second chair is needed, please email or note it during registration
Vendor Set-Up & Tear-Down
Friday, April 17
- Set-up: 5:00 PM โ 8:00 PM
Saturday, April 18
- Set-up: 6:00 AM โ 8:30 AM
- Last check-in: 8:30 AM
Tear-down begins at 3:00 PM
Student volunteers will be available to assist with transporting items.
Students may not pack or unpack vendor merchandise.
๐ช Food Vendor Information
Any vendor selling consumables made in the home (cookies, sauces, seasonings, etc.) must have a valid Illinois Cottage Food or Food Vendor License.
- Documentation will be requested via email after application
- Please do not apply without already having the required license

Food vendors follow the same set-up and tear-down schedule listed above.
๐ Concessions
Food and drink concessions will be available for purchase throughout the day.
Student volunteers will act as food runners so vendors do not need to leave their booths.
๐ Terms, Conditions & Refund Policy
- Vendors must email first to confirm category availability
- Category approval is held for 48 hours
- Failure to submit payment within 48 hours may result in loss of approval
- Vendors assume all Eventbrite processing fees
- As this is a fundraiser, each vendor is required to donate one item (~$20 value)
- A tax donation receipt will be provided at check-in
- Vendor applications are accepted until the event is full or 48 hours prior to the event
- Vendors not checked in by 8:30 AM will forfeit their space
Refund Policy
- 100% refund up to 1 month prior to the event
- 50% refund from 2โ4 weeks prior
- No refunds within 2 weeks of the event
All refunds are less Eventbrite fees, which are paid by the vendor.
