About the Yoga Teacher:
Yasmin Gouhari - I discovered Jivamukti Yoga as a much-needed balance to a fast-paced media world and immediately fell in love with its mix of dynamic asana, meditation, mantras, and ancient yogic wisdom. Since becoming a Certified Jivamukti Teacher in 2014, I’ve been teaching in Hamburg and Copenhagen, encouraging students to be present, kind to themselves, and to recognize that happiness is already within them.
