📍Jisr El Qadi - El Fizr Kfarmatta with LATDear hikers,
🗓️Join us on Sunday 2nd of February for a fantastic trail and new adventure in Aley.
Kfarmatta is a beautiful village in the Aley district, part of the Mount Lebanon governorate. Distinguished by its historical heritage, its old silk factory and its naturally-formed rock fissure called Fizr. Hiking beside the Damour river surrounded by various trees and mountains is nothing less than mesmerizing.
🏘️ We will start our hike from Jisr El Qadi walking along the Damour river bank surrounded by tall trees and canyons, to Kfarmatta passing by two enormous and unbelievable rock formations, a natural rock fissure, "Al-Fizr". The trail ends at the starting point.
⛰️During the hike, we will pass by silk factory, pine forest, river bank, old mills and old bridges.

⌛️Moving time: 4 hrs
🕖Departure: 7 a.m Dbayeh before Spinneys under Naccache bridge in front of Demerjian center.
🕢and 7:30 a.m Furn El Chebbak in front of Burger King.
-We can pick up hikers who live on our way.
