About this Event

Applications are now open for the 2025 cohort of the Jiang Fellows Program, previously known as the Kessler Fellows Program! Open to all juniors in any school at Cornell University, the Jiang Fellows program features entrepreneurship training followed by an unparalleled domestic or international internship opportunity to gain firsthand startup experience. The internship experience is fully funded, ensuring that students can focus entirely on their internship and professional growth.

Rooted in the College of Engineering, the Jiang Fellows program is delivered in two phases:

Students enroll in a 1-credit immersive course during the spring semester to explore fundamental topics in entrepreneurship and to help them cultivate their readiness for a summer internship experience at a startup.

Students then spend the summer between their junior and senior years working for a startup of their choosing. Offers of summer funding will be made in early November based on demonstrated interest and commitment to the program, and startup pairings will be determined in mid-March.

Fellows will graduate from the program with invaluable experience working alongside a startup, equipping them with the practical skills and insights needed to launch their own entrepreneurial ventures in the future.
